Vid\u00edte, j\u00e1 bych t\u0159eba vyzdvihl cyklistiku. Ne tu kdov\u00edjak sportovn\u00ed a sp\u00ed\u0161e turistickou, mysl\u00edm tu oby\u010dejnou &#8211; s kolem na n\u00e1kup, n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvu, do kostela, na vlak nebo jen tak k vod\u011b. Na zna\u010dce kola nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, elastick\u00fd od\u011bv net\u0159eba. Doporu\u010dil bych tedy povinnou v\u00fdbavu bicyklu a helmu, i kdy\u017e&#8230; donu\u0165te k tomu babi\u010dku. V\u011bk toti\u017e v t\u00e9hle cyklistice nerozhoduje. Ono to naopak mnoh\u00fdm senior\u016fm jde na kole l\u00e9pe ne\u017e p\u011b\u0161ky. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sob\u011bslav je zkr\u00e1tka m\u011bstem cyklist\u016f!<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ov\u0161em letit\u00fdm paradoxem na\u0161eho m\u011bsta je, \u017ee pro tenhle typ m\u011bstsk\u00e9 dopravy se tu nehnulo ani prstem. V\u0161em, kte\u0159\u00ed to i p\u0159es ten nez\u00e1jem m\u011bsta o bezpe\u010dnost cyklist\u016f nevzdali, pat\u0159\u00ed velk\u00fd d\u00edk a obdiv!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejenom, \u017ee d\u011blaj\u00ed n\u011bco pro sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 \u0161et\u0159\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a m\u00edsto. M\u00edsto, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b to parkovac\u00ed, je v Sob\u011bslavi velk\u00e9 t\u00e9ma. P\u0159edstavte si, \u017ee by v\u0161ichni ti cyklist\u00e9 p\u0159esedlali za volant. Denn\u011b tu b\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek kol bez ohledu na po\u010das\u00ed.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zat\u00edmco mnoho m\u011bst buduje koridory pro cyklisty, \u0159e\u0161\u00ed sd\u00edlen\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho prostoru, preferuje v centrech pohyb p\u011b\u0161\u00edch a cyklist\u016f, v Sob\u011bslavi se tv\u00e1\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee je v\u0161echno v po\u0159\u00e1dku. M\u00e1me tu p\u0159ece \u00fazk\u00e9 silnice a tam se zkr\u00e1tka cyklista nevejde. Narazil jsem na \u010dl\u00e1nek v Den\u00edku z roku 2008 (1).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pomi\u0148me jeho kvality a vyv\u00e1\u017eenost pohledu, v\u0161imn\u011bme si sp\u00ed\u0161 popisu situace a toho, \u017ee u\u017e p\u0159ed deseti lety veden\u00ed konstatovalo, \u017ee v Sob\u011bslavi maj\u00ed cyklist\u00e9 sm\u016flu. Nejde to. Ani n\u00e1znak snahy o hled\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed a zm\u011bny. O probl\u00e9mu ale v\u00edme. Nebo to vlastn\u011b nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezit\u00edm \u010das b\u011b\u017eel a mnoh\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed m\u011bsta m\u011bnila dopravu v centrech a budovala koridory pro cyklisty nebo aspo\u0148 namalovala cyklopiktogramy. Na ty nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 norma. Cyklopiktogram. Dejme o cyklistech v\u011bd\u011bt!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kdy\u017e zase dozr\u00e1l \u010das, ptali jsme se se Sob\u011bsl\u00e1vkou na podzim roku 2016 m\u011bsta, jak pokro\u010dilo se strategick\u00fdm dokumentem, tzv. cyklogenerelem. Napsali jsme k t\u00e9matu v \u0159\u00edjnu \u010dl\u00e1nek zam\u00fd\u0161len\u00fd do Hl\u00e1sky.&nbsp; (2) Ten ale nebyl oti\u0161t\u011bn s od\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00edm, \u017ee pan starosta situaci oz\u0159ejm\u00ed s\u00e1m. I vy\u0161el v \u00fanorov\u00e9m (2017) \u010d\u00edsle \u010dl\u00e1nek, kter\u00fd byl jakousi reakc\u00ed na n\u00e1\u0161 text, ale v\u016fbec jej nezm\u00ednil a to\u010dil se jen kolem cyklistick\u00e9ho spojen\u00ed Sob\u011bslavi a Vesel\u00ed nad Lu\u017enic\u00ed, tedy tzv. cyklotrasy Lu\u017enice. (3) Ta je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1, proto\u017ee jde o v\u00fdkupy pozemk\u016f atd. To je pochopiteln\u00e9. O situaci cyklist\u016f ve m\u011bst\u011b se v\u0161ak op\u011bt ml\u010d\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mezit\u00edm se rekonstruuje n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, ne \u00fazk\u00e1 ulice, ale cel\u00fd prostor n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Cyklist\u00e9 z projektu ov\u0161em vypadnou, tedy p\u0159esn\u011bji \u0159e\u010deno, nikdy v n\u011bm nejsp\u00ed\u0161 nebyli uva\u017eov\u00e1ni. \u0158e\u0161\u00ed se pouze automobily a parkovac\u00ed m\u00edsta. Ten nese datum z \u010dervence 2017! Nen\u00ed v\u0161ak zve\u0159ejn\u011bn a systematicky se s n\u00edm nepracuje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kdy\u017e se p\u0159ed volbami leto\u0161n\u00edho roku objev\u00ed v programech stran a hnut\u00ed kandiduj\u00edc\u00edch ve volb\u00e1ch hesla o podpo\u0159e cyklistiky. Vypadne ze \u0161upl\u00edku m\u011bsta rok star\u00fd dokument a nikomu nep\u0159ijde divn\u00e9 d\u00e1t ho do sekce aktuality. A ejhle, m\u00e1 p\u0159ekvapiv\u00fd z\u00e1v\u011br: doporu\u010duje v\u00e9st cyklistickou dopravu mimo uli\u010dn\u00ed prostor. S ho\u0159kost\u00ed nezb\u00fdv\u00e1 ne\u017e se pt\u00e1t, zda se mysl\u00ed prostor pod zem\u00ed nebo prostor vzdu\u0161n\u00fd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">K dokumentu p\u0159ibude \u010dl\u00e1nek (4), kter\u00fd ale neusiluje o hled\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, ono na to v tom p\u0159edvolebn\u00edm shonu ani nen\u00ed prostor. Nam\u00edsto toho padaj\u00ed argumenty: je to slo\u017eit\u00e9, lid\u00e9 by asi neocenili zm\u011bny a je to v\u00fdzva pro nov\u00e9 zastupitele. \u010cl\u00e1nek mo\u017en\u00e1 necht\u011bn\u011b p\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee m\u011bsto za celou tu dobu nep\u0159ipravilo koncepci m\u011bstsk\u00e9 mobility. Tedy opravdu ucelen\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nehas\u00ed tu probl\u00e9m rekonstrukce n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, tam probl\u00e9m s parkov\u00e1n\u00edm. Za t\u011bch mnoho let jednoho veden\u00ed m\u011bsta je to smutn\u00e9, ale po\u0159\u00e1d se to snad d\u00e1 napravit, kdy\u017e budeme opravdu cht\u00edt, jak se k tomu zavazujeme ve volebn\u00edch programech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1m tuhle v\u00fdzvu! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je mi jasn\u00e9, \u017ee to nebude jednoduch\u00e9. V prvn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b je ale t\u0159eba \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee cyklisty ve m\u011bst\u011b chceme a podporujeme, to tu toti\u017e po l\u00e9ta nikdo ne\u0159ekl. A hned potom je t\u0159eba za\u010d\u00edt prom\u00fd\u0161let mo\u017en\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Koncep\u010dn\u011b! Mus\u00edme \u0159e\u0161it m\u011bstskou mobilitu, ne odd\u011blen\u011b rekonstrukce, pak parkov\u00e1n\u00ed a pak zase n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. Je t\u0159eba za\u010d\u00edt u diskuze s ob\u010dany a odborn\u00edky. Pod\u00edvat se na dobr\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edklady z jin\u00fdch m\u011bst. M\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1m pomoci asociace m\u011bst pro cyklisty a jin\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 platformy. Je t\u0159eba p\u0159ipravit a promyslet variantn\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy. Ano, jejich sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt i n\u00e1vrhy jednosm\u011brek v centru. Mo\u017en\u00e1 to n\u011bkoho nepot\u011b\u0161\u00ed, ale mysl\u00edm, \u017ee je to \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 stoj\u00ed za \u00favahu. Ono by to toti\u017e nejsp\u00ed\u0161 pomohlo i rezident\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed \u0159e\u0161\u00ed parkov\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u011b\u0161\u00edm, lidem na voz\u00ed\u010dku a mamink\u00e1m s ko\u010d\u00e1rky. Centrum m\u011bsta toti\u017e m\u00e1 b\u00fdt dostupn\u00e9, ale nutn\u011b nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt pr\u016fjezdn\u00e9 pro tranzit.
